Thank you for your interest in a Red Hot Fireworks Fundraiser program. The following information will give you insight about our company and this program.

We will happily meet you in person to go over the Red Hot Fundraiser Program in detail. To help make the process very simple here is a detailed list that you need to do in order to make this happen.

1. Click here to download the Red Hot Facts materials to review.

2. Write down questions along the way so you have them for our meeting

3. Fill out the credit application (.pdf) or credit application (.doc) in full. Red Hot Fireworks requires a credit check since we trust you with tens of thousands of dollars of fireworks with no money down. (Click here to download Adobe Reader 8, Latest version for your OS Windows XP SP2 if you have trouble opening the credit application)

4. Fax (815-550-9163) or mail (P.O. Box 2102 - Oshkosh, WI. 54903) the credit application to us ASAP! First Come First rights to the location.

5. Fill out the Guaranty Form (Click here for form) if you want the fundraiser to be under your church or organization name…and not just your own name. This protects you, Red Hot, and the church or organization.

6. Group Handout .

7. We will put the location on hold once we receive your credit application.

8. Our office must approve you/your group before we meet and complete the contract. The credit application and guarantee form must be completed by the person who will sign the contract. Please call if you have questions.

9. Once approved, we will schedule a meet to discuss available locations, explain, and complete the contract.

Note: We will put the location on hold for 5 days once we receive your credit application. Until a contract is signed the location remains open.

After the five days run out and if another church or group sends in their credit application makes things happen before you, they will have first choice.

Remember the sooner you are approved the faster you may have your choice of open locations.
